Almost 50 years ago, Charles W. "Charlie" Farrell (CEO) began a staffing service in downtown Erie, Pennsylvania in conjunction with his permanent franchised placement service and a variety of temporary helpers for a handful of industrial clients.

From these beginnings with a small roster of industrial clients, Infinity Resources, Inc. (IRI) has grown to one of the region's largest employers of industrial laborers, clerical, customer service management and technical workers serving clients in Northwestern Pennsylvania, Western New York and Northeastern Ohio.

In the mid-1990's, Lewis "Lew" Shiley, Managing Partner, joined forces with Mr. Farrell to bring this staffing concept to Ashtabula and Lake Counties, Ohio. Their partnership is committed to locally owned and operated offices. Each of our managers and administrative staff members are deeply rooted and responsible members of the communities we serve.

In 1994, Martin Farrell, Charlie's son, became the president of Infinity Resources. Since 1994, a number of locations have been added and moved in the service areas.

Infinity Resources, Inc.'s professional staff is eager to assist in matching employers and employees for the right placement fit.
